Manifesto

Working knowledge for the people doing the work.

Why we built OperatorCamp, and what we refuse to do.

The business-education industry sells advice from people who have never done the thing. Decks, frameworks, and certifications produced by consultants who cycle from client to client without ever sitting in a P&L meeting where the cash actually has to clear.

We started OperatorCamp because operators deserve better. The faculty here are people who have priced offers, sold contracts, built marketing engines, hired teams, and stared down monthly cash burns. They teach what they have actually run.

What we won't do

  • No motivational fluff. If a course can be summarized as "believe in yourself", we don't ship it.
  • No fake scarcity. No "doors close in 48 hours". The price is the price; you can join any time.
  • No curated success stories. Case studies update as the businesses do — including the months where things go sideways.
  • No upsell ladder. One annual subscription, every course included, every brief, every playbook, every faculty office hour.

What we will do

  • Teach the unglamorous mechanics — pricing, sales, hiring, cash management — that decide whether a business compounds.
  • Update content as the work changes. Tooling-specific tactics live in briefs and can be retired without breaking the curriculum.
  • Stand behind everything with a real 30-day refund. If it doesn't change how you operate, get your money back.
